This commercial freehold building gave us the opportunity to divide into multi-units. The upper floors were converted to a high-end 5 bed HMO. The ground floor was split in half. The front part is a small office unit and the rear area has full planning for a self contained flat. We approached the HMO social space as a commercial fit-out where we created an industrial coffee shop for tenants. This bespoke method of design gave us the freedom to create a truly unique environment. The HMO was fully tenanted within days and achieves market leading rental.
